hand of Zircotec Ltd's revolutionary ZircoFlex aluminium foil
backed heat insulation material (details), together
with proprietory high temperature double sided tape and stainless steel
tie application kits.
Zircotec Ltd's revolutionary and highly effective, unique
plasma sprayed ceramic thermal barrier products were originally
developed for use in the British nuclear energy industry and have been
continually improved and expanded since privatisation of the company
some 10 years ago. These products are used across a broad range of
industries including defence & aerospace, vehicle manufacturing,
motorsport (including F1, WRC & Championship winning V8 Supercar Teams), transport, mining and
commercial industries.
Zircotec's range of plasma sprayed ceramic thermal
coatings are undertaken at it's purpose built facility located at
Abingdon in the United Kingdom. This puts us at the centre of motorsport
and aerospace engineering excellence.
We can provide indicative costings for these coatings as required.
Our fast freight option ensures our customers' needs are met fast and
efficiently throughout the Australasian region. Discounts from standard
retail prices for these coating applications are available to partly
offset the costs of return freight.
Zircotec Australia is in the process of establishing a coating
facility in Adelaide with the aim being to have this operational in the
first quarter of 2012.
